New Netball Initiative - Plymouth Netball Development Hub

Then join the Plymouth Netball Development Hub
When? TUESDAYS 4p.m. -5.30p.m. Next sessions will start in 2017
Where? Plymstock School Sports Centre
Who? All school or Club players, years 7,8,9 and 10

How much? £2.00 per week (payable in 5 week blocks : £10.00 cheques made payable to PDNL please
AIMS FOR YOU, AS PLAYERS:
1. To develop the basic netball skills of passing, receiving, on and off the ball movement, attacking and defending skills.
2. Create a cohesive representative group- all playing locally for their own clubs/schools but coming together to form the basis of a future Regional U16 side to compete in the South West Regional League
3. To give players an experience of travelling out of area to compete against other area teams
4. Open to all players of any standard, years 7, 8 and 9 (may offer to Year 6 if uptake is low)
5. Friendly matches to be arranged out of Plymouth during summer term
6. Selection for Regional squad (current year 9 and 10) to be made in June. Those selected will then train with squad at Plymouth College- remainder will continue sessions at Plymstock
7. One fund raising event to be organised by the group to assist with transport costs etc
